How I Train
A holistic approach incorporating many disciplines with a focus on rotational movements, structural efficiency and graceful biomechanical presentation.
by finding the exercise of the common person in everyday life. From watching babies crawl and roll around on the floor to observing people walk. I’m intrigued by patterns of human movement.
by analyzing my perspective. The fact that I have my health, food, clothing, shelter…and I have a career in fitness which allows me to assist people in meeting their physiological needs and goals. I’m truly honored and privileged to have the ability to do what I love for a living.
to always be astute in the science of human movement, be attentive to clients wants & implement program design predicated on advancing clients towards meeting their physiological needs, i.e. good posture & movement that is not associated with pain while simultaneously enhancing one’s quality of life through a good workout.
to being more observant, holistic structural integrity, pull-ups, vinyasa flow yoga, Turkish get-ups & cable rotational movements.
