How I Train

Depends on my clients’ goals. My first priority is strong, clean movement. Expect compound movements that are challenging and progressions that lead to results. You should leave our session feeling empowered and pleasantly winded!


by what ultimately makes someone commit to becoming fit. The answer is different for everyone but when we find that hot button and put some energy into it, magical things happen.


by the pleasure in movement. Whether it’s a ballistic kettlebell circuit, a long(ish) run, heavy resistance training, an exceptional day or a slow and difficult day, I am in love with the process.


to keeping an open mind. The fitness world is a sea of implements, methods, and research that is ever-changing. It can be confusing and frustrating, but having options is a wonderful thing that can lead to a more satisfying fitness journey.


to strength and power. When you’re strong, everything in life becomes easier.
