How I Train

Full body muscular strength/muscular endurance by creating combination exercises to formulate a fun and innovative approach to exercise. Form is everything to me! You can build muscle whether you are doing an exercise right or wrong…but if you are going to dedicate your time to a task, do it in the correct/safe manor and get BETTER results!
