How I Train

Full body high intensity workouts that increase muscular strength/endurance, functional movement, hypertrophy, and cardio-respiratory endurance. I am very passionate about TRX®, kettlebells, and resistance training. I also try to mix up my routine every week to avoid plateaus with different formats and equipment to keep things interesting. Form is key.


by the will of a person. I believe we are stronger than we think, but we set limitations on ourselves as a defense mechanism against failure. We can never reach our full potential until we believe in ourselves.


by improving myself and striving for greatness. I always challenge myself to become stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally. I’m motivated to learn and become successful throughout my career.


to keep educating myself and learn from others. I am resolved to compete in a Spartan Race or Half Marathon.

by my amazing family. They taught me if you want something in life…go out and get it. They are the support system that helped me become the man I am today.
