How I Train

Full body high intensity workouts that increase muscular strength/endurance, functional movement, hypertrophy, and cardio-respiratory endurance. I am very passionate about TRX®, kettlebells, and resistance training. I also try to mix up my routine every week to avoid plateaus with different formats and equipment to keep things interesting. Form is key.

Intrigue*d

by the will of a person. I believe we are stronger than we think, but we set limitations on ourselves as a defense mechanism against failure. We can never reach our full potential until we believe in ourselves.

Motivate*d

by improving myself and striving for greatness. I always challenge myself to become stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally. I’m motivated to learn and become successful throughout my career.

Resolve*d

to keep educating myself and learn from others. I am resolved to compete in a Spartan Race or Half Marathon.

Devote*d

to working out until I am covered in sweat and sore the next day. I put everything I have into each workout. “Be Humble. Be Hungry. And Always Be The Hardest Worker In The Room.” – Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.

Inspire*d

by my amazing family. They taught me if you want something in life…go out and get it. They are the support system that helped me become the man I am today. I am also inspired by Team D* — each person here brings something unique and special to the studio. I am so grateful to learn from the best and to call D*FIT my second family.
