How I Train

Completely depends on the clients needs, however I always include some form of interval training. The best results I’ve seen have come from heavy lifting combined with cardio intervals. I like to focus on 2 or 3 major muscle groups in each session to really exhaust and therefore grow the muscles we are targeting.

by my kids and my mother. My mom had been through everything and she is a rock. I admire her strength and hard work. My kids are my world, I do everything for them.

to be stronger physically, but more so mentally. To let things roll off my insanely strong back! I want to be invincible. I’d also like to help many more people love fitness!

to strength gains and learning to use new innovative tools and equipment. Showing up every day with a smile on my face and a fire in my heart!

I’d be lying if I didn’t mention Shaun T here. I was in a very dark place and he was in my living room every day for years. He gave me fitness and hope. I’m also inspired by older ladies in the grocery stores moving faster than me, (they are also in my classes kicking butt!). I refuse to be complacent, and I am determined to be fit for life!
