by unconditional kindness during hardship. There’s so much in life to manage and keep a good attitude about. It’s easy for people to get negative. Seek out the kind ones, they are all around (ESP at D* FIT)

Motivate*d

by remembering why I started. I’ve been active since a very young age, I cannot imagine a life without endorphins – I’m addicted!

Resolve*d

to travel more! I love new experiences, making new friends and learning about people and places. I also want to be the best dog mom ever. Always believe the best days of your life are ahead of you.

Devote*d

to challenges like Spartan Races, Tough Mudder and mud runs! I love group activities and team bonding.

Inspire*d

by my father – he had a track scholarship to Villanova and started me young in fitness dedication. I’m inspired by anyone that makes a hard decision to change something in life to better their future and happiness.
